Membership Options

Our three membership categories are:

  • Railroad Member - Consists of Class I, II, and III railroads

  • Non-Operating Railroad Owner - Any organization or corporation that is an owner of railroad property but elect to use a contract operator for common carrier functions.

  • Associate Member - Any organization or corporation, including without limitation any vendor or supplier that is interested in advancing the objectives of the Association and the states railroad industry.

  • Sole Proprietorship/Individual - Single person only; companies would fall under the classification of Associate Member)

Annual Dues

  • Railroad Member

    • Class I - U.S.  $13,475

    • Class I - Canada  $9,625

    • Class II  - Regional  $4,200

    • Class III - Short Lines  $750

  • Non-Operating Railroad Owner: $1,250

  • Associate Member $750

  • Individual/Sole Proprietor: $250


The Keystone State Railroad Association encourages all of the Commonwealth’s railroads (large or small), non-operating railroad owners, and vendors whose businesses work with the railroad industry to join KSRRA and become a part of our team.
