Established 1984, BHRS is an all volunteer organization dedicated to teaching and preserving the railroading heritage of Bellefonte and Centre County, Pennsylvania.

They offer families opportunities to experience riding a rail motor car (speeder) through various locations during our partnered organizations events and take scenic train rides along Centre County’s historic mainline. They teach riders about history while riding vintage railroad equipment.
